Danny Cameron, Executive Producer, owned and operated Cameron's, a contemporary gallery/gift store in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for twenty five years. For over eight years he also wrote Ask Esther: Advice On ALL That Matters under the pen name Esther Carp for North Carolina's alternative weekly, The Independent Weekly. Jill Elizabeth McClave, Associate Producer, has produced theatre in Canada and is making her debut here in San Miguel. Jill studied acting extensively at Rogues Theatre in Calgary, Alberta, under renowned acting teachers /working actors; Christianne Hirt & Joe Norman –Shaw. As well, Jill studied film making & production at Vancouver Film School and play & script writing at Harvard University. Jill began producing theatre in Calgary with the successful production of “ Dinner with Friends”. |
Ms. McClave is currently living in San Miguel and, as well as working with Iguana Productions, continues her long distance work with Rogues Theatre. |

Alan Jordan, Artistic Director,has been a professional actor/director/producer in Canada & United States for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York where he studied with the renowned Sanford Meisner Mr. Jordan’s many stage credits include starring roles at New York’s Circle Repertory Company, Manhattan Theater Club |
and Playwrights Horizon as well as Stratford Festival.He toured United States in National Companies of the musicals Applause and Shenandoah.
Television and Film audiences have seen Mr. Jordan, as guest star, in over 100 productions such as Hill Street Blues, Dallas, Falcon Crest, Knight Rider, Fall Guy, Friday 13th, Echoes in the Darkness, Sorry Wrong Number, Woman on the Run, African Journey, The Young and the Restless, and Santa Barbara.
In Hollywood, Mr. Jordan was Chairman of the Board at Theatre West and in San Francisco was an advisor to the Young Conservatory at American Conservatory Theater.
In Toronto, Mr. Jordan founded The Actors Workshop where he was Artistic Director for 15 years. Alan Jordan also co-founded Actors Repertory Company, a professional company now producing in Toronto.
Alan Jordan directed Blown Sideways Through Life, in San Miguel, last year, for Iguana Productions and also produced Love Letters. Previous directing credits include Seahorse, Awake & Sing, Primetime, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf & Hamlet.
The 2007 season has Mr. Jordan Directing In Their Own Words on September 11 and Sex Lies & Quilting in December as well as performing in The Love List in February, all in San Miguel. |

Kirsten Dehner, Executive Director, was directed by the acclaimed John Houseman in the UCLA Theater Group’s production of Chekhov’s The Seagull. In Los Angeles, as a member of Leonard Nimoy’s theater group, Ms. Dehner played Jocasta in Oedipus by Sophocles; she performed with the Uplifter’s Ranch Theatre in Rustic Canyon; and as a member of Charles Polacheck’s Theater East, she acted in the role of Nora in Sean O’Casey’s The Plough and the Stars.She played Nurse in Frederick |

She starred in the independent film, Amelia’s Afternoon, directed by Ben Jackson who was an early alumni of the Animation Workshop of UCLA, and appeared in network television series and national commercials.
Ms. Dehner has also written extensively for multimedia projects like IBM’s Columbus: Encounter, Discovery and Beyond, developed a nationally recognized bilingual consumer health information website named NOAH, and as a jazz vocalist she performed with such fine L.A. jazz artists as Kent Glenn, Ed Bennett, Gene Stone, Harold Jones, Al Mahafee, and Paul Kreibich.
Ms. Dehner studied acting with the renowned Jeff Corey and appeared in many student film and theater productions at UCLA. Kirsten has also studied acting with Alan Jordan at San Miguel Actors Workshop.
Kirsten Dehner’s father was the very recognizable and accomplished character actor, John Dehner, who starred in countless television episodics and films, such as The Doris Day Show and Jagged Edge.
Ms. Dehner starred in Blown Sideways Through Life and also directed Love Letters, both in San Miguel, for Iguana Productions.
Upcoming projects for Iguana include, editing In Their Own Words for Septemer 11, and assisting Alan Jordan in directing Sex Lies & Quilting in December as well as performing in The Love List in February. |

Tony Cervantez, Graphic Designer, works out of San Miguel and San Francisco. He has designed original concepts for such companies as Office Depot, The Good Guys (electronic store), Boudin Bakery. Beatriz Angulo, set designer, has created scenography and set dressing for Television advertising with Arma Taller, S.A. and Cuatro y ½ and Genesis. Her film credits include SANTITOS by Alejandro Springall, LE JOUR ET LA NUIT by Bernard Henry Levy and many Mexican short films.
Beatriz is married to furniture designer Juan Pablo Zouain Arjona and they have just opened a great custom furniture studio, MOOD, on Ancha de San Antonio. |
Fernando Orozco, , stage manager, born in San Miguel de Allende, is a graphic designer and graduate from Universidad del Valle de Mexico. He has worked as a technician for several local theatrical and musical projects, mixing music, still images and video. Mr. Orozco specializes in image and sound editing, using this knowledge to create sound/image events and enhance web pages. He has acted as stage manager for Iguana Productions in San Miguel including their productions of Blown Sideways Through Life & Love Letters. |
